BEST.SERVICE.EVER!!  I called Jay Monday because a friend recommended him to me. His service is second to none!!! He is honest, dependable, and affordable! I wanted to run natural gas off my house and to two fire pits. He made my life so simple and hassle free. He submitted all the paper work to the city to pull the permit and do it correctly. We recently needed to replace a complete AC unit that was over ten years old. We did our research and found Jay and The Cooling & Plumbing Co. on Yelp. The customer service and professionalism from the initial call and setting up appointment, to his team’s timeliness was amazing. Jay even showed up to make sure we had all our questions answered during the install. They were in and out in a few hours without any sign they were even here in the first place. I recently bought a townhouse and needed some minor to medium water and AC work done. The problem was I work a lot and needed someone to do a lot of work without me being there.

The Cooling and Plumbing company worked with me the whole way. The gave me a fair quote for the work, never pushed any service or product on me. They suggested some work but were nice about me thinking it over.

We also had to coordinate with my HOA to shut the water off. We had a small window of time from 7 to 8 am to get the work done. They came they saw they conquered. Work was done, and looked beautiful.

They did a lot of maintenance on my AC(which now is very cold), and rebuilt my main water line with the emergency shut off.

They treated me very well and all I can say is I will be going to them in the future!

Jay and his crew are extremely professional and do exactly what they say they will do. Got our new AC installed and started to notice the declining utilities bills the very next month. Our unit purrs like a kitten and has all the bells and whistles but at a very reasonable price. Each and every time we have called or texted with a question the response has been within minutes ready to answer and help.

I called TC&P to fix my laundry room plumbing (was a poor DIY by previous owner, when I removed the washer hose the valves leaked continually).
Jay asked for pics and since I had removed drywall he gave me the estimate over the phone.
The 2 men he sent over really knew their stuff and replaced what was wrong, plus added several things I wanted for the new washer and dryer install.
They fixed a broken dryer vent duct in the attic that I didn’t know about.
I am asking them to do the kitchen vent piping, definitely my privilege to support veterans and I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

I first used the Cooling & Plumbing company for a gas line that I needed installed for a stove. They charged a flat rate for the install and came out pretty quickly to install it, while they were here they also fixed my bathroom fan motor just because it looked like it was installed incorrectly free of charge.

They have great customer service and take pride in what they do which shows. I have used them on several occasions since, Jay and his employees always do great work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them in the future for any cooling and plumbing needs.

My experience with this company was a home run from the start. I needed a gas line installed in my kitchen. I have been calling plumbers for a week and each one either sounded annoyed or bothered that I contacted them. When I called The Cooling & Plumbing Co. the owner answers the phone and he sounds excited that you called. He quickly answered all my questions and booked an appointment with me that week. On the day of the project, they not only showed up on time, they were early. The work was done quickly and the two guys who did the installation were friendly, made no mess and completed the job quickly. Fair prices and stellar work. They will be the only company I call in the future.

I hired Penguin to come and service my three air conditioners. Matthew was the person they sent. I got a call (after putting in request on the web) and after I got an email with the time he should be arriving. Matt also called me so I could let him into my building. I also got a message when Matt was soon arriving telling me who was arriving, his picture and a short profile. It was great to know and see who would be arriving. Matt did a great job of looking and servicing my three air conditioners which had never been serviced since it was installed. He went over everything about the a/c’s and I agreed that they needed to be fixed up the way he described. The next morning he was over and did all the updates that were necessary for these a/c’s. We just moved into a new home and decided to change our electric stove top over to LP Gas.  The neighborhood and home do not have city gas lines so we have two large tanks on the side of our house that supply the fireplaces and outdoor bbq with LP.  We wanted to add a line to our kitchen so we could upgrade to a gas range.

A long time friend who works in plumbing recommended Jay so we gave him a call.  Jay was quick to call back and we got something set up for a couple days later.  He gave me a quote over the phone of $300 based on the description.  Jimbo and Bobby showed up on time, got to work and did a great job.  They cleaned up the space after they were done and explained some recommended upgrades we should have done to the gas tanks.  The things they recommended fell in line with what the inspector had said during the home buying process and so we had them come back out a few days later to get that done too.

Great company to work with.  Prompt, friendly, and responsible.  Keeping their number handy for future needs.
